  The SSSTS (Site Supervisor’s Safety Training Scheme) is a 2-day site safety-training course.

SMSTS courses are delivered nationwide either as block courses or on a day release basis. for open SMSTS courses or for more general help or further information please go to 'contact us' The training course is designed for team leaders, foremen, gangers, with supervisory responsibilities and a need to understand their legal duties.

 The SSSTS training course, includes the following elements:

  •  Being given advice and training to various regulations relating to topics like health & welfare, manual handling, working at height, PPE, fire prevention and control, emergency procedures & first aid, electrical safety on site, hazardous substances, hand-held equipment and tools, noise and vibration, excavations and confined spaces, and site transport safety on site, scaffolding, working at height, electricity, excavations, demolitions, and confined spaces 
  • Trained on how best to give site inductions, toolbox talks and method statement briefings

 Attendees will be expected to interact during the course and will be assessed using a multiple choice question format at the end of the course.
